These Terms explain the conditions for using the `Today, Aligned` app provided by studio nani. By using the app or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
`Today, Aligned` provides Saju-based personal reports based on birth date and birth time information entered by the user. Reports are for self-understanding and scheduling reference only. They do not replace medical, legal, investment, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
2. Accounts and Profiles
- Users may start as a guest or create an account through supported sign-in methods.
- Users are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate.
- Deleting an account may restrict or remove app records and entitlement connections.
3. Paid Access and Billing
- The app may offer paid features such as a monthly subscription and time-limited 24-hour report access.
- iOS purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Android purchases are processed through Google Play.
- Prices, billing periods, and renewal conditions are shown on the purchase screen and the applicable store purchase sheet.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions may renew until cancelled in the relevant store subscription management screen.
- Refunds, cancellations, and payment method changes are handled under the policies and procedures of the store where the purchase was made.
4. Restore and Entitlements
- Subscription restore may depend on the same store account and app account state.
- 24-hour report access is time-limited and may need to be purchased again after expiry.
- Network errors, store verification delays, or account changes may delay entitlement updates.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Bypassing or manipulating calculation, billing, or entitlement verification logic
- Using another person's account or payment information without permission
- Disrupting service operation or sending abnormal automated requests
6. Limitation of Responsibility
studio nani works to provide a stable app, but does not guarantee the results of any report or user decision. Users should treat app content as reference information and seek appropriate professional advice for important decisions.
